San Jose Divorce Mediator and Family Law Attorney
Daniela Schilling is a family law attorney and mediator. She is
licensed to practice law
in the State of California.
Ms. Schilling started her professional career as a law clerk where she learned family law procedures through a hands-on approach. In addition, she volunteered at a nonprofit organization.
Ms. Schilling obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2006. While attending law school, she was an active member of the Law Review, serving as the articles editor in her final year of law school. She was selected as a pupil for the William H. Ingram Inn of Court and received several other awards and honors for her academic achievements and active role in the school environment.
Ms. Schilling trained in mediation and divorce mediation at the Northern California Mediation Center under Nancy J. Foster, J.D. and Jessica Notini, J.D. She also completed the Mediating Divorce Agreement course offered by James C. Melamed, Esq. She regularly attends classes and seminars in mediation and family law.
